弊社デザインとしては4店舗目となる占い店 Balangan。
場所は大阪を代表する繁華街、難波。デザインコンセプトは、都市の中の癒しの空間。店名から因み-Asian resort style-とし、照明やディスプレイなどには自然素材のラタンを使用しグレーベースの無機質さと融合させ、都市ならではのリゾートスタイルとした。
都市の繁華街にあるこの場所には、さまざまな人が癒しと安らぎを求め訪れる。“包み込む“、“優しさ“、“安らぎ“ の癒しのワードを意識し、緩やかな曲線を描いた円型のブースや、ベルベット調のテキスタイルなど、各素材とレイアウトなどにイメージとして落とし込んだ。
また、随所に飾られたディスプレイとアートは、芸術様式一つであるシュルレアリスムから着想を得ている。
非日常的な世界観を表現し、空間の重要な要素の一つとした。訪れた人がゆったりとリラックスし、心地よさを得られるような都市の新たな癒しの空間を目指した。
Balangan is the fourth fortune-telling parlor we have designed.
It is located in Namba, Osaka's foremost downtown area. The design concept is a healing space in the city.
Inspired by the "Asian resort style" associated with the name of the parlor, rattan, a natural material, was used for the lighting and displays to blend with the inorganic gray base, creating a resort style unique to the city.Located in the downtown area of the city, this parlor is visited by a variety of people seeking healing and comfort.
The concept of healing, such as "enveloping," "tenderness," and "peacefulness," was incorporated into the gently curved circular booths, velvet textiles, and other materials and layouts.
Further, the exhibits and works of art displayed throughout the parlor were inspired by surrealism, a form of art.
An extraordinary atmosphere was created as one of the key elements of the space.The intent was to create a new healing space in the city that would allow visitors to feel comfortable and truly relax.
