大人のデートスポットとして有名な銀座コリドー街。 高級店～カジュアル店まで食事のジャンルも幅広く、様々な飲食店が立ち並ぶ通りとなっている。 ぎん天店内の各テーブルには蛇口が備え付けられており、ひねると焼酎が出る仕組みとなっている。 揚げたての天ぷらと豊富なあてまきを楽しみながら、お酒を好きなだけ楽しむことができ、酒好きには夢のようなコンセプトだ。 店内のレイアウトは人との距離が近く賑わいやすい大衆居酒屋スタイルとした。 随所に見える ART や DISPLAY で店の特徴をキャッチーに伝え、大衆ながらスタイリッシュさを感じさせるオリジナリティある空間作りを目指した。 ファサードの暖簾は隙間を開け、店内の様子が伺える仕様としたことで安心感に加え、 親しみやすさと入りやすい効果を狙っている。銀座コリドー街でも人気の大衆酒場になる事を願っている。

- Faucet Shochu Bar for Adults -
Ginza Corridor Street is famous as a date spot for adults. The street is lined with a wide range of stores, from upscale to casual. Each table in the restaurant is equipped with a faucet, and shochu is served when the faucet is turned on. You can drink as much alcohol as you like while enjoying freshly fried tempura and a wide variety of snacks. It is a dreamy concept for drinkers. The layout of the restaurant was designed in the style of a popular izakaya (Japanese-style pub), where people are close to each other and the restaurant can easily be crowded. We aimed to create a space with originality and a sense of stylishness in spite of its popularity, by using art and display to catchily convey the characteristics of the restaurant. The curtain on the facade is open to allow customers　to see what is going on inside the restaurant, which adds to the sense of security and makes it more approachable and easy to enter. We hope this bar will become one of the most popular bars in the Ginza corridor street.
