昭和レトロ感溢れるディープな飲み屋街を抜けた先にこの店はある。
全国の厳選した食材や加工品のみを仕入れ、アレンジメニューとして提供するコレクト型の飲食店である。
次世代に目を向けたコンセプトを持つ店舗ということもあり、これまでの大井町には無いスタイルの集いの場になるようなデザインを目指した。
店内はスタイリッシュなステンレスのバイブレーション加工されたカウンターをメインに構成されており、ベースはコンクリート、ポイントに素材感のあるタイル、古材を用いてデザイン構成した。
カウンターバックのタイルと、大井町の情景が描かれているARTにはアクセントカラーのレッドを使用した。
気軽に立ち寄りたくなる、誰かに教えたくなるような洒落たなスタンドの様な佇まい。大井町で末永く人気の店となっていってほしい。
- The next generation of select-type restaurant -
The restaurant is located at the end of a quaint bar district with a classic feel of the Showa era in the 20th century.
It is a select type of restaurant that procures only carefully selected ingredients and processed foods from all over the country and offers them as arranged menus.
Taking a cue from the store's concept for the next generation, it was designed to be a new style of gathering place, something that had never been seen in Oimachi before.
The interior design is composed mainly of a stylish vibration finish stainless steel counter, with a concrete base as well as accents of textured tiles and old materials.
The tiles behind the counter and the artwork depicting scenes of Oimachi are accented with red.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a fashionable stand that makes you want to stop by casually and tell someone about it.
The design reflects the hope that the restaurant will continue to be popular in Oimachi for many years to come.
